May 20, 2026 12:51 pmTürkiye’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production increased by 28% to 104,047 tons in March compared to the same month in 2025, according to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
EMRA’s latest LPG market report showed that the country’s LPG imports decreased by 6.9% to 320,211 tons in March, with the majority of imports from Algeria, the US, Russia, Türkiye’s Free Zones, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.
The country’s LPG exports rose by 15.5% year on year to 73,256 tons in March.
The top destinations to which Türkiye exported LPG were the UAE, Ukraine, Jordan, Syria, Bulgaria, the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, Romania, Greece, Lebanon, and Türkiye’s Free Zones.
Total domestic LPG sales reached 322,907 tons in March.
