November 16, 2025 3:06 pmTürkiye’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production increased by 27.2% to 88,270 tons in September compared to the same month in 2024, according to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
EMRA’s latest LPG market report showed that the country’s LPG imports increased by 16.4% to 286,885 tons in September, with the majority of imports from Algeria, Russia, the US, Kazakhstan and Georgia .
The country’s LPG exports also rose by 90.3% year on year to 47,174 tons in September.
The top eight destinations to which Türkiye exported LPG were the UAE, Ukraine, Switzerland, Romania, Bulgaria, Singapore, Lebanon and Free Zones of Türkiye.
Total domestic LPG sales reached 340,777 tons in September.
