August 29, 2025 11:45 amTürkiye’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production increased by 16.8% to 87,676 tons in June, compared to the same month in 2024, according to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority’s (EMRA) latest report on Wednesday.
EMRA’s LPG market report showed that the country’s LPG imports fell by 5.8% to 289,803 tons in June, with the majority of imports coming from Algeria, Russia, the US, Georgia, Free Zones of Türkiye, Libya, and Croatia.
While the country’s LPG exports rose by 67% year-on-year, to 44,707 tons in June.
The top destinations for Türkiye’s LPG exports were Ukraine, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Syria, the UAE, Greece, Singapore, Panama, Romania, and Free Zones of Türkiye.
Total domestic LPG sales reached 362,295 tons in June.
