September 5, 2024 2:41 pmThe trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 137.3% to around 21.86 million Turkish liras on Wednesday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Thursday.
Total trade on Tuesday amounted to about 11.70 million liras.
On Wednesday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,412.19 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 1.72 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 129.99 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Wednesday.
US$1 equals 34.00 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Thursday.
