Italian Serie A club AC Milan announced Monday that Portuguese manager Sergio Conceicao has been appointed as the head coach of their men’s first football team.
The 50-year-old will stay with Rossoneri until June 30, 2026, according to a statement.
Conceicao will replace his compatriot, Paulo Fonseca, who was sacked by the club management on the same day.
Conceicao helmed Portuguese powerhouse Porto from July 2017 to June 2024 to bag three Portuguese Primeira Liga titles along with four Portuguese Cup trophies.
