ANKARA
Istanbul club Anadolu Efes will host Spanish side Real Madrid in the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Round 2 match of the 2023-24 season of the men’s basketball competition at the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall on Thursday.
The reigning champions Real Madrid began the season with a victory 79-77 against Baskonia in the first match of the 2023-24 season on Oct. 6.
Anadolu Efes lost 91-74 against Barcelona in the Round 1 game of the season.
Fenerbahce Beko to take on Valencia Basket
Another Turkish team in the EuroLeague, Fenerbahce Beko, will take on Spanish club Valencia Basket at Pavello Municipal Font de Sant Lluis on Friday.
The Yellow Canaries beat Emporio Armani Milan 85-82 in the first week match, while Valencia beat Monaco 70-65 in their first game of the season.
