Italy’s premier meets with French president in Paris

Italian Prime Minister Mario Draghi met with French President Emmanuel Macron in Paris on Thursday evening.

The Prime Ministry in a statement said that Draghi met with Macron in the context of a personal visit.

During the meeting, which lasted more than two hours, various topics including Ukraine, the main issues on the agenda of the European Council next week and energy and economic trends were discussed, according to the statement.
