Following a multiyear absence, UK electronic dance band The Prodigy, a music group renowned for their mind-blowing live performances, is making a comeback in Istanbul.
After a hiatus following the 2019 death of vocalist Keith Flint, surviving members Liam Howlett and Maxim Reality are headed to Türkiye’s commercial and cultural capital.
The band is scheduled to take the stage at KücükCiftlik Park on July 23, said event organizer Honey Comb Live Türkiye.
The Prodigy, originally formed by Howlett in England in 1989 as Moog Prodigy and later renamed The Prodigy in 1991, achieved global recognition with hits such as Firestarter, Smack My Bitch Up, and Voodoo People.
