Ankara to continue to stand firm in countries targeted by Israel: President Erdogan

ISTANBUL

Türkiye will continue to stand by countries targeted by Israeli aggression, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan vowed in his meeting with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

Calling Israel’s expansion of its aggression “unacceptable,” Erdogan urges Tel Aviv to be held accountable before the law for its actions in the meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC)-Arab League extraordinary summit in Doha.

Erdogan also expressed Ankara’s determination in efforts to achieve an urgent ceasefire in Gaza and deliver humanitarian aid.

The two leaders also discuss ties between the two nations, as well as regional and global issues.
