The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 137.8% to around 33.82 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 14.22 million liras.
On Sunday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 10,302.69 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 3.29 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 112.8 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 33.05 liras at 2.03 p.m. local time (1103 GMT) on Monday.
