Bosnian forward Edin Dzeko scored an early opener for Fenerbahce.
Dzeko was brought down in the area as Fenerbahce were awarded a penalty kick near the end of the first half.
Serbian midfielder Dusan Tadic scored from the white spot to double the lead for Fenerbahce.
The Dzeko-led Fenerbahce has won eight matches in a row to top the Super Lig standings with 24 points, repeating their best season start in the 2009-2010 season.
In their next fixture, Fenerbahce will host Atakas Hatayspor in Istanbul on Oct. 22 after the international break.
Defending champions Galatasaray are second with 22 points to challenge Fenerbahce.
Galatasaray will next face Besiktas in a home derby on Oct. 21.
Adana Demirspor, a club from Türkiye’s south, are third with 17 points in eight matches.
Besiktas, who beat Istanbulspor 2-0 at home on Sunday, are in fourth position with 16 points.
