The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,599.31 Turkish liras at 3 p.m. (1200 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1.649.99 liras at 3 and 4 a.m. (0000,0100 GMT) , the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday’s electricity market showed an increase of 21.2% to around 1.35 billion liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,304 liras and 2,341.45 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,600.00 Turkish liras at 00.00 a.m. (2100 GMT), while the lowest rate was confirmed at 1,299.99 liras at 12 p.m. (0900 GMT), according to official figures.
