Italian team Virtus Segafredo Bologna shocked Spanish powerhouse Barcelona 86-81 on Friday in a Turkish Airlines EuroLeague round 17 game.
French guard Isaia Cordinier rallied Bologna to victory with 24 points and seven assists at Virtus Segafredo Arena.
US forward Jabari Parker’s 21 points was not enough for the Spanish side.
Barcelona are in the 11th spot at 9 – 8, while Virtus Segafredo Bologna lay in 16th place at 4 – 13.
Anadolu Efes defeat Partizan Belgrade 86-77
Turkish side Anadolu Efes defeated Serbian club Partizan Belgrade 86-77 in another Turkish Airlines EuroLeague round 17 game.
Efes’ Turkish forward Ercan Osmani had 25 points and six boards.
US forward Sterling Brown was the top scorer for Belgrade with 15 points.
Anadolu Efes are seventh in the standings with a 10 – 7 record, while Partizan Belgrade are 14th at 7 -10.

German team Bayern Munich narrowly beat Italian club Emporio Armani Milan 79-78 in a round 17 game of the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague.
US center Devin Booker led the visitors to victory with 23 points and seven rebounds at Milano’s Unipol Forum.
Spanish forward Nikola Mirotic with 18 points was the top scorer for Milan.
Bayern Munich have climbed to the fourth spot at 10 – 6; Emporio Armani Milan is in ninth with a 9 – 7 record.
