UP International Trade Show begins in India’s Noida

GREATER NOIDA, India

The first UP International Trade Show in India’s most populated state of Uttar Pradesh began on Thursday.

The fair, described as the “biggest sourcing show” of Uttar Pradesh, is taking place in Greater Noida, and has been jointly organized by the state government and India Exposition Mart platform.

The event is hosting 2,000 exhibitors, with more than 500,000 visitors expected over the course of five days. The sectors in focus include food and agriculture, automotive, technology, and tourism.

Renowned brands such as Hyundai, Tata, Vivo, Oppo, LG, Haier, Adani, New Holland, Honda and Air India are among the participants.

The exhibition will showcase products that are created and manufactured across Uttar Pradesh and have the potential to be marketed globally, according to its website.

It will host high-level officials, including Indian President Draupadi Murmu and Shri Yogi Adityanath, the chief minister of Uttar Pradesh. Conferences, conclaves, stage shows and concerts are also planned for the audiences.
