ISTANBUL
UEFA Champions League third qualifying round draw ceremony was held Monday in the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
The draw pitted the winner of the Galatasaray – Zalgiris match against either Bulgaria’s Ludogorets or Slovenia’s Olimpija Ljubljana in the next stage.
To qualify for the UEFA Champions League group stage, teams must first eliminate their third qualifying round opposition before claiming a two-legged playoff round.
The first leg will be played on Aug. 8-9, while the second leg will be held a week later on Aug. 15.
