Türkiye’s liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) production increased 6.69% year on year in November 2023 to 82,652 tons, according to the Turkish Energy Market Regulatory Authority’s (EMRA) latest report on Wednesday.
EMRA’s LPG market report showed that the country’s LPG imports decreased by 25.59% to 262,785 tons in November 2023, with imports from Algeria, the US, Russia, Kazakhstan, Greece and Georgia.
The country’s LPG exports, however, increased by 3.88% year on year to 51,669 tons in November.
The top ten destinations that Türkiye exported LPG to were Tunisia, Romania, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Lebanon, Ukraine, Northern Cyprus, Bulgaria, Greece, Austria and the Turkish Free Zones.
Total LPG sales reached 339,691 million tons.
