Türkiye’s industrial production saw a 0.2% increase year-on-year in November 2023, the country’s statistical office TurkStat announced on Wednesday.
All subsectors saw increases in November on an annual basis, with the mining and quarrying index up 3.5%, manufacturing index up 0.1%, and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index up 4.5%.
But on a month-on-month basis, the country’s industrial production in November saw a 1.4% decline.
Month-on-month, “the mining and quarrying index decreased by 4.5%, manufacturing index decreased by 1.3% and electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning supply index decreased by 1.0%,” TurkStat added.
