Türkiye’s annual inflation rate was at 67.07% in February, up from 64.86% in January, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) revealed on Monday.
Clothing and footwear saw the lowest annual price increase with 43.44% while hotels, cafes and restaurants posted the highest one with 94.78%, TurkStat data showed.
Monthly inflation was at 4.53% while 12-month rolling inflation was at 55.91% in February.
Last week, an Anadolu survey predicted the annual inflation at 66.39% and monthly at 4.04% for February.
