Türkiye’s ambassador to Iraq visits Mosul

MOSUL, Iraq

Türkiye’s Ambassador to Baghdad Anil Bora Inan visited the city of Mosul, Iraq on Sunday.

During his visit, Inan discussed Türkiye-Iraq relations and the development of the city with Mosul governor.

He visited projects contributed by Turkish companies, including Ibn Sina Hospital and Mosul Airport, closely monitoring their progress.

Inan also visited the historic Al-Nuri Mosque and the area of churches, which were damaged by the Daesh terror group and have been undergoing restoration for the past five years, as well as cultural centers in the old Mosul district.
