Turkish, Turkmen foreign ministers discuss preparations for Turkic States summit

ANKARA

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu spoke on the telephone Friday with his Turkmen counterpart, Rashid Meredov, and discussed preparations for the summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), according to the Turkish Foreign Ministry.

OTS will hold an extraordinary summit March 16 in Ankara.

Cavusoglu also had a separate call with his Saudi Arabian counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
