Türkiye’s benchmark stock index was up 0.36%, or 34.38 points, to 9,564.85 points at the opening session on Thursday.
The index lost 0.18% to 9,530.47 points at Wednesday’s close with a daily transaction volume of 98 billion liras ($3.03 billion).
The USD/TRY exchange rate was 32.5380 as of 10.05 am (0705GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 34.8880, and the GBP/TRY traded at 40.5660.
The price of one ounce of gold was $2,379.65, while the barrel price of Brent oil was around $87.50.
