December 2, 2025 1:49 pmISTANBUL (AA) – The Turkish benchmark stock index closed Tuesday at 11,123.47 points, up 0.06% from the previous close.
The BIST 100 index, after starting the day at 11,151.76, gained 7.02 points from the close on Monday.
The lowest point for the index during the day was 11,093.23, while the daily high was 11,184.10.
As many as 52 indexes gained in value, while 46 closed the day with losses.
The total transaction volume reached 148.5 billion Turkish liras ($3.5 billion), while the overall value of the index was 10.5 trillion liras ($247.7 billion).
The USD/TRY exchange rate was 42.4450 as of 6.20 pm local time (1520GMT), the EUR/TRY rate stood at 49.2920, and the GBP/TRY traded at 56.0595.
The price of gold was $4,197.80 per ounce, while the barrel price of Brent oil was $62.75.
