Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Monday met his Senegalese counterpart Aissata Tall Sall in the capital Ankara.
No further information was shared about the meeting.
Relations between Türkiye and Senegal have gained momentum in recent years in political, economic and cultural spheres.
The Turkish Embassy in Dakar, opened in 1962, is one of the first Turkish missions in the African continent.
