Turkish, Russian foreign ministers discuss bilateral relations over phone

ISTANBUL

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov on Saturday discussed bilateral relations over phone, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.

The two ministers also held talks on regional issues, the sources said.
