Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus foreign minister meets UN Cyprus envoy

LEFKOSA, Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus

The foreign minister of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC) met Friday with the UN secretary-general’s special representative for Cyprus, Khassim Diagne.

Foreign Minister Tahsin Ertugruloglu held talks with Diagne, with delegations from both sides present, said the TRNC Foreign Ministry in a statement.

The ministry gave no further details of the meeting.
