Turkish, Latvian foreign ministers hold meeting in New York

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan on Thursday met his Latvian counterpart Krisjanis Karins on the sidelines of the 78th UN General Assembly in New York, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said.
