On his arrival at Dulles International Airport, Ambassador Murat Mercan was greeted with flowers by the embassy staff, representatives of the Turkish-American community and citizens.
Before carrying out Turkey’s ambassador to Tokyo, Mercan, was appointed ambassador to Washington.
