December 7, 2023 2:16 pmThe trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 453.7% to 16.5 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to 2.98 million Turkish liras.
On Wednesday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,599 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to 1.4 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 198.2 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 28.94 liras at 2.22 p.m. local time (1122 GMT) on Wednesday.
