The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed a decrease of 49.9% to 27.65 million Turkish liras on Tuesday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Wednesday.
Total trade on Monday amounted to 55.20 million Turkish liras.
On Tuesday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 9,352.59 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 2.95 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received 133.2 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Tuesday.
US$1 equals 26.74 liras at 2.03 p.m. local time (1103 GMT) on Wednesday.
