The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 13.3% to around 5.1 million Turkish liras on Sunday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Monday.
Total trade on Saturday amounted to about 4.5 million liras.
On Sunday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 12,044.85 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 430,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received around 98.16 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Sunday.
US$1 equals 33.99 liras at 2.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Monday.
