The trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 19.2% to around 3.5 million Turkish liras on Saturday, Energy Exchange Istanbul data showed on Sunday.
Total trade on Friday amounted to about 2.94 million liras.
On Saturday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 17,168 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 204,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received about 140.1 million cubic meters on Saturday.
US$1 equals 44.85 liras at 2.07 p.m. local time (1107 GMT) on Sunday.
