August 5, 2023 2:59 pmThe trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 131.63% to 56.45 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to 24.37 million Turkish liras.
On Friday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 10,002.78 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 5.64 million cubic meters.
Türkiye received 114.45 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 26.96 liras at 14.00 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Saturday.
