April 20, 2024 3:58 pmThe trade volume on Türkiye’s spot natural gas market showed an increase of 77% to about 5.38 million Turkish liras on Friday, Türkiye’s Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data showed on Saturday.
Total trade on Thursday amounted to around 3.04 million liras.
On Friday’s spot market, 1,000 cubic meters of natural gas cost 9,938.29 liras, while the cumulative natural gas trade volume amounted to around 542,000 cubic meters.
Türkiye received 92.27 million cubic meters of pipeline gas on Friday.
US$1 equals 32.49 liras at 2.37 p.m. local time (1137 GMT) on Saturday.
