September 12, 2022 5:09 pmThe highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 4,780 Turkish liras at 07.00 p.m. and 08.00 p.m. (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,999.99 liras at 04.00 a.m. local time (0100 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday’s electricity market showed an increase of 2.8% to 1.93 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,943.73 liras and 3,986.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 4,780 liras at 08.00 p.m. (1700 GMT) while the lowest rate is determined as 2,750 liras at 12.00 a.m. local time (0900 GMT), according to the official figures.
US$1 equals 18.24 liras at 02.09 p.m. local time (1109 GMT) on Monday.
