The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 2,158.99 Turkish liras at 9 p.m. (1800 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate was set at 383,76 liras at 12 p.m. (0900 GMT), the data confirmed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 46.4% to around 521.18 million liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,148.67 liras and 1,148.43 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set at 2,579.99 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,200 liras at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 25.87 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Monday.
