August 15, 2022 2:33 pmThe highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Tuesday will be 4,000 Turkish liras at 00.00, 01.00, 11.00 a.m. and between 13.00-22.00 p.m. local time (2100, 2200, 0800 and between 1000 and 1900 GMT), according to official figures on Monday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,644.69 liras at 07.00 a.m. local time (0400 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Monday’s electricity market showed an increase of 2.6% to 1.79 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,535.80 liras and 3,574.12 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Monday was set as 4,000 liras between 09.00 and 11.00 a.m. and between 02.00 and 10.00 p.m. local time (0600 to 0800 and 1100 to 1900 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 2,314.63 liras at 05.00 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 17.96 liras at 02.00 p.m. local time (1128 GMT) on Monday.
