The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,597.87 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1000 liras at 7 p.m. local time (1600 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday’s electricity market shows a decrease of 41.8% to around 1.3 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,798.36 liras and 1,839.18 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,600 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined at 250 liras at 12 p.m. local time (0900 GMT).
US$1 equals 26.99 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
