September 10, 2022 4:44 pmThe highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 4,800 Turkish liras at 08.00 p.m. (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate is determined as 2,750.01 liras at 02.00 a.m. and 09.00 a.m. local time (2300 and 0600 GMT), the figures showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 14.6% to 1.58 billion liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 3,823.66 liras and 3,826.69 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 4,798.98 Turkish liras at 08.00 p.m. (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate is 3.274.97 liras at 04.00 p.m. local time (1300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.23 liras at 02.17 p.m. local time (1117 GMT) on Saturday.
