November 26, 2022 12:37 pmThe highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 4,800 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 995,96 liras at 5 a.m. local time (0200 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 33.8% to 1.08 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,530.55 liras and 2,627.69 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 4,800 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. (0600 and 0700 GMT), while the lowest rate was agreed at 1,630 liras at 6 a.m. local time (0300 GMT), according to official figures.
US$1 equals 18.659 liras at 2.08 p.m. local time (1108 GMT) on Saturday.
