The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Sunday will be 4,499.98 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), according to official figures on Saturday.
The lowest rate was set at 249.99 liras at 12 a.m. local time (0090 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Saturday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 55% to 573.4 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,524.06 liras and 1,488.50 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Saturday was set as 4,800 liras at 9 a.m. and 6.p.m. local time (0600 GMT and 1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was agreed at 499.99 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), according to official figures.
