The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Saturday will be 2,649 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), according to official figures on Friday.
The lowest rate was set at 500 liras at 11 p.m. local time (2000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Saturday’s electricity market shows a decrease of 24.24% to 911.39 million liras compared to Friday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,697.40 liras and 1,718.70 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Friday was set at 2,700 liras at 8 a.m. and between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. local time (0500 GMT and 1300-1500 GMT).
US$1 equals 28.55 liras at 2.20 p.m. local time (1120 GMT) on Friday.
