The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,949.99 Turkish liras at 9 a.m. local time (0600 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 1889.98 liras at 3 a.m. and 7 a.m. local time (0000 and 0400 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday’s electricity market shows an increase of 28.25% to around 1.60 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 2,432.56 liras and 2,456.78 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,945.99 Turkish liras at 6 p.m. local time (1500 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 500 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT), according to official figures.
