The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 2,579.99 Turkish liras between 8 p.m. (1700 GMT), according to official figures on Sunday.
The lowest rate was set at 1,200 liras at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT), the data confirmed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume on Sunday’s electricity market showed a decrease of 27.9% to around 85.62 million liras compared to Saturday.
The arithmetical and weighted average electricity prices on the day-ahead spot market are calculated as 1,934.39 liras and 1,941.05 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour for Sunday was set at 2,600 Turkish liras between 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. (1600-1800 GMT), while the lowest rate was determined as 1,190.98 liras at 7 a.m. (0400 GMT), according to official figures.
