The highest electricity price rate for one megawatt-hour on Türkiye’s day-ahead spot market for Monday will be 3,400 Turkish liras at 7 p.m. and 8 p.m. local time (1600 and 1700 GMT), according to official figures released on Sunday.
The lowest rate is set at 2,110.11 liras at 3 a.m. local time (0000 GMT), the data showed.
The Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the trade volume for Monday’s electricity market shows an increase of 43% to around 1.95 billion liras compared to Sunday.
The arithmetical and weighted average prices for electricity on the day-ahead spot market are calculated at 2,972.43 liras and 2,993.74 liras, respectively.
The highest electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour for Sunday was set at 3,400 liras at 8 p.m. local time (1700 GMT), while the lowest rate was set at 549.99 liras at 11 a.m. local time (0800 GMT).
US$1 equals 37.86 liras at 2 p.m. local time (1100 GMT) on Sunday.
