Russia claims all logistical, financial problems caused by sanctions ‘solved’

MOSCOW

All logistic problems created by sanctions on the sales of Russian arms have been solved, the head of Rosoboronexport, an authorized exporter of Russian arms, said on Tuesday.

The challenges concerning financial transactions were resolved as well, Aleksandr Mikheyev told reporters on the sidelines of the Dubai Airshow 2023.

“We have been working for a long time without SWIFT, without the dollar and without the euro, we have learned to pay without using these tools,” he said.

According to him, the solutions they have found enable military cooperation for many years, including with African countries.
