Real Madrid, Napoli, Bayern Munich, PSG lead in their respective leagues

Real Madrid in the Spanish LaLiga, Napoli in the Italian Serie A, Bayern Munich in the German Bundesliga, Paris Saint-Germain in the French Ligue 1 are leading in their respective league tables.

Real Madrid loses points for the 2nd week in a row


Spanish LaLiga leaders Real Madrid drew 1-1 with Atletico Madrid in the derby and lost points for the second time in a row.

Both sides left the Madrid derby with one point each after goals from Julian Alvarez (from a penalty kick) and Kylian Mbappe.

Barcelona, who made good use of the week in which their rivals lost points, took a step closer to the top by hammering Sevilla 4-1 at away.

Another contender, Athletic Bilbao, beat Girona 3-0 at home.

Real Madrid is at the top of the league with 50 points after 23 weeks, followed by Atletico Madrid with 49, Barcelona with 48 and Athletic Bilbao with 44.

Second consecutive draw for Serie A leaders Napoli

Serie A leaders Napoli couldn’t prevent Jurgen Ekkelenkamp’s goal against Udinese after taking the lead through Scott McTominay and had to settle for a 1-1 draw, their second consecutive one.

Juventus beat Como 2-1, while Atalanta, who beat Hellas Verona 5-0 at away, continued their pursuit of the summit.

Lazio, another contender, defeated last-placed Monza 5-1.

Roma, on the other hand, defeated Venezia 1-0 at away and extended their undefeated streak to eight matches.

In the 24th week of the league, which will conclude with the Inter-Fiorentina match on Monday, Napoli took the lead with 55 points. Napoli is followed by Inter with 51 points, Atalanta with 50, Lazio with 45 and Juventus with 43.

Bayern Munich claim their 7th consecutive victory


Bayern Munich, the leaders in the German Bundesliga, won their seventh league match in a row by beating Werder Bremen 3-0 with goals from Harry Kane (2) and Leroy Sane.

Defending champions Bayer Leverkusen drew 0-0 away to Wolfsburg and lost points for the second time in the last three weeks.

Contenders Eintracht Frankfurt, on the other hand, had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Borussia Monchengladbach, their third draw in a row.

Bayern Munich, which reached 54 points by making good use of the 21st week when its rivals lost points in the league, continued its leadership ahead of Bayer Leverkusen (46) and Eintracht Frankfurt (39).

Paris Saint-Germain win with 4 goals

Ligue 1 leader Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) defeated Monaco 4-1 with goals of Vitinha, Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Ousmane Dembele (2).

Olympique Marseille, the closest follower of the summit, beat Angers 2-0 at away.

In the week in which contenders Nice defeated Lens 2-0 at home, Le Havre defeated Lille 2-1 at away.

In Ligue 1, where undefeated PSG are the leaders with 53 points after 21 weeks, Marseille have 43 points, while Nice and Monaco have 37 points each.
