New Update in Halk Bank Case

NEW YORK, NY

In the Halk Bank case in the United States, defense lawyers will apply for a refusal on July 14.

The trial held by teleconference Today June 30, was held at the New York South District Court.

Judge Richard Berman asked the parties to set a date for the case to begin.

Lawyer Robert Cary, from the law firm Williams & Connolly, representing Halk Bank, offered to start the trial in March 2022, while the prosecution office submitted February 2021, stating that the delay was unnecessary.

Judging by this, Judge Berman said that he would decide later when the case would take place, Halk Bank’s lawyers told that they could lodge their denial application until July 14, that the prosecutor’s office had the right to respond until July 28, and that the decision would be decided in August.
