Eurasia’s biggest industrial fair kicked off in Istanbul on Wednesday.
Some 40,000 visitors from 100 countries are expected to attend Win Eurasia.
Over the next four days, experts, academics and sector representatives will speak at different sessions on green transition, sustainability, digitalization, and robotics.
This year’s theme is ‘Industry Meets Diversity.’
The 29th edition of Win Eurasia is being organized by German exhibition giant Deutsche Messe’s subsidiary Hannover Fairs Turkey with the support of Türkiye’s Industry and Technology Ministry, and Trade Ministry.
Arno Reich, senior vice president of Deutsche Messe, said at the opening ceremony this year there will be dedicated pavillions for Germany, Taiwan, China and Korea.
He stressed that the event features more than 500 exhibiting companies presenting their diverse products and technologies to thousands of visitors.
“Win’s Buyer Delegation Program hosts more than 200 industry professionals from 10 target countries – what a fantastic way to meet manufacturers in Turkey, start new partnerships and close new business deals,” he added.
He said that technologies, featured by the event this year, are industry 4.0 (the factory of the future), 5G, the metaverse, robotic technologies and artificial intelligence.
