Last 16 draws in Europa League, Europa Conference League on Friday

ANKARA 

The round of 16 draws in the UEFA Europa League, and UEFA Europa Conference League will be held on Friday in Switzerland’s Nyon.

Eight group stage winners in the second-tier Europa League directly qualified for this phase.

Arsenal, Fenerbahce, Ferencvaros, Feyenoord, Freiburg, Real Betis, Real Sociedad, and Union Saint-Gilloise are the seeded teams to wait for their opponents in the last 16.

Eight winners in the ongoing knockout round playoff, which is prior to the last 16, will join Friday’s draw that will start at 1100GMT.

The second legs in the playoff will be played on Thursday and the winning clubs of these ties will reach last 16:

Midtjylland – Sporting (1-1)

PSV Eindhoven – Sevilla (0-3)

The Europa League draw will be followed by the Europa Conference League last 16 draw in Nyon on Friday.

Eight group winners in the third-tier Europa Conference League reached the last 16 in the competition.

AZ Alkmaar, Demir Grup Sivasspor, Djurgarden, Medipol Basaksehir, Nice, Slovan Bratislava, Villarreal, and West Ham United won their groups each to have reserved their place in the last 16.

The 16 clubs in the knockout round are competing for remaining eight tickets.

The winners of these ties will join them. The draw will begin at 1200GMT.
