Denver Nuggets’ Serbian center Nikola Jokic recorded a triple-double in just 30 minutes, leading his team to a 139-120 victory over the Atlanta Hawks in an NBA clash on Thursday.
Jokic finished with 23 points, 17 rebounds, and 15 assists at Denver’s Ball Arena, marking his 144th career triple-double, achieved early in the third quarter.
Jamal Murray contributed 21 points, while Russell Westbrook added 16 to secure the Nuggets’ win.
For the Hawks, Trae Young managed 17 points and 9 assists.
The Denver Nuggets currently hold the fourth spot in the Western Conference standings with a 19-13 record, while the Atlanta Hawks sit in seventh place in the Eastern Conference with an 18-16 record.
